We invite you to relax, rejuvenate and revive your body and spirit in a tranquil surroundings at Cua Lo Golf Resort where nature prevails.
Choose from a variety of treatments, including different styles of massages, foot reflexology, facials, pedicures and manicures.Each treatment is personalized to address your individual needs.A lemongrass, massage essence, elixir, and oil to diffuse are blended for you.
SPA INFORMATION:
The Orchid Health and Spa is open 7 days a week and treatments are available from 10am to 7pm or by special appointment.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for stress-free check-in. Your late arrival will determine the length of treatment. Your service needs to end on scheduled time as to not delay the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Treatment times are reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours is needed to cancel an appointment. If you need to change the time of your treatment within the 24-hour cancellation period, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes but cannot guarantee the availability of a therapist.
Massage Treatments
All of our massages and certain other treatments can be experienced within the privacy of your Cua Lo guest message room. Inquire with guest reception as to which treatments are suitable for in-room villa service. Please add 25% to the cost.
Comfort
The Spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask you to refrain from using your cell phone and pager while on premises. The spa is a non-smoking area. Please do not consume alcohol prior to or immediately after your treatment as it may impair the effectiveness of your treatment. We would like to suggest allowing time either before or after your treatment to enjoy our Spa and/or sauna.
Clothing
We provide a robe, slippers and a locker for your use.
Staff
You may have a preference for either a male or a female therapist, please inform the front desk at time of booking.
Payment of Services
Services for Villa and hotel guests will be charged to their rooms. For day guests we accept all major credit cards and cash.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not expected but may be left in appreciation of exceptional service.
Special Attention
Please communicate any special health conditions and needs to your therapist in order to maximize your enjoyment of the treatment and its benefits.
Valuables
